Where do we get the lowest rates on your homes?

As the owners, we offer the lowest total rates, since we can provide lower 'service fees'

Are there discounts for longer stays?

Yes, extra discounts can be obtained at 4, 7 and 30 day stays.

Feel free to ask for a 'special rate' for a custom length stay (or repeated stays).

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Are pets or parties allowed?

Unfortunately, our insurance does not allow pets nor parties on the property.
